The building has been designed to strike a delicate balance between simplicity and controlled complexity. It features a different approach to the usage of materials used in the construction, which while providing ample protection from the elements, lets in generous amounts of natural light. An exterior promenade will have a tree at each level enabling the occupants of the building to feel at one with nature – thus helping to blur the boundary between the interior and the exterior.
We are providing an overall and holistic design for the architecture, structure and services for the proposed apartment development.
Our focal point is to integrate the structural and services design into the architecture concept so that the architectural features are accentuated. We are committed to providing a value engineered design whilst maintaining a high level of occupancy comfort in the services design.
